Manage my profile
You can manage and customize your profile by clicking on the menu at the top left of your screen and then on " My Account ".
1) Import or modify your profile picture which will be visible to the users of the workspace.
2) Modify your personal information (first name, last name). Do not forget to click on " Save ".
3) Change the language of your workspace. Don't forget to click on " Save ".
4) For security reasons, you cannot change the e-mail address you used to create your Atolia account.
However, you can contact us via the online chat so that we can change it manually. To do so, click on "Chat with us" in the menu on the left side of your workspace.
5) Activate or deactivate the possibility to receive news and special offers from Atolia.
6) Change your password by entering your old password first and then your new password. For more security, please choose a strong password (upper case, lower case, numbers, special characters). Don't forget to click on " Save ".
7) Enable two-factor authentication to secure your account. Setting this up requires a cell phone and an app like Google Authenticator or Authy. 📱
When you click on "Enable", a QR Code will appear on the screen. You should scan it in one of the previously mentioned apps, then enter the received code to validate the implementation of two-factor authentication.
Your mobile is now linked to your user account. Each time you connect to Atolia, you will have to enter your email and password, as well as a code generated (every 30s) by the application in which you saved your QR Code.
To protect the security of your data, we advise you to use this feature within your teams! 🔐
8 ) Turn on or off the analysis of your data. This will be anonymized and we use it to fix bugs and improve the experience for all users.
9) Retrieve your data. After manual validation by our teams, you will receive by email a ZIP file containing the export of your data in CSV format, along with your documents.
