Manage all notifications from my Atolia workspace
To stay focused on your missions, personalize all notifications in your workspace with a few clicks. 🔔
Click on your profile at the top left of your interface and then on " My settings on your workspace ".

Manage your desktop and browser notifications as well as your mobile notifications:
When you choose the " No Notification " option, no alerts will be sent to you.
If you choose " All new messages ", you will receive a desktop notification as well as an alert by displaying a red bubble next to the group or private message concerned. If you receive a message and you are not logged in to your space, you will receive an e-mail notification.

You can also choose the option " Mentions only ": you will be notified with a red bubble and a desktop notification only for messages in which you have been mentioned. If messages in which you are not mentioned are sent in a group, the name of the group is highlighted.

If you activate the notifications on your mobile, please check in your mobile settings that the notifications are active. To do this:
On Android, just go to the "Settings" of your phone's system, then "Notifications", then "Atolia" and click on "Enable notifications".
On iOS, go to "Settings" and then search for "Atolia". Head to "Notifications" and enable the "Allow notifications" setting.
In your groups or direct messages, you can customize the notifications you receive on your desktop or mobile. The specific groups in which you have customized notifications will be indicated on your admin panel.

In order not to miss any appointments, you can choose to receive notifications of events on mobile, browser, or email. Then, don't forget to add the reminders on the desired calendars or events to be able to receive the notifications.

Manage your groups' notifications
1) To apply notifications settings to all your groups
