Pour importer un agenda externe vers Atolia, et ainsi tenir compte des rendez-vous et évènements existants, vous devez tout d'abord récupérer l'adresse ics ou ical du calendrier que vous souhaitez afficher sur Atolia.

Sur Google Calendar, cliquez sur les 3 points à côté du nom de votre agenda, puis sur paramètres et partage. Défilez la page jusqu'en bas et récupérez l'adresse privée au format iCal.

Sur Microsoft Exchange, vous pouvez sélectionner le calendrier à afficher sur Atolia de cette manière :



Ensuite vous pouvez choisir les informations à partager (disponibilité, objet de réunion, participants ...) puis générer l'adresse du calendrier au format ics.

Une fois récupéré le lien ics de l'agenda de votre choix, dirigez-vous vers le module « Agendas » sur Atolia. Vous devez cliquer sur le symbole « + » à côté de « Agendas externes » à droite de votre écran, puis sélectionnez « Importer un agenda ». Vos évènements seront ainsi importés au sein d'un nouvel agenda.

To share your calendar with users or applications outside your organization with Office 365 follow these steps:

Login to Office 365
Click on the Calendar app
Open the Calendar Settings menu by clicking the cog icon (bar at top, on the right)
Click Options (bottom of the menu)
Click on the Calendar publishing option (found under Calendar > Shared Calendars)
Select the calendar you want to use from the drop-down menu
Go to the section called Shows availability, titles and locations
Copy the ICS link
This is the link you need to paste into the ics compatible application that you want to share your calendar with

To share your calendar using Outlook.com (or Office Online) follow these steps:

Login to Outlook.com
Click on the Calendar icon to open Outlook Calendar (you can also click on the App loader button in the top-left, and select the Calendar app that way)
Open the Calendar Settings menu by clicking the cog icon (found in the top bar, on the right)
Select Options (at the bottom of the settings menu)
Click on the Calendar publishing option (found under Calendar > Shared Calendars)
Select the calendar you want to publish from the drop-down menu

Copy the ICS link
This is the link you need to paste into the application you want to share the calendar with

To share your calendar using Outlook/Exchange 2016 just follow these steps (only possible if your organization uses Office 365 or Microsoft Exchange.) :

In Outlook go to the Calendars section, right-click on the relevant calendar and choose Share > Publish This Calendar...
Enter your email address and password and Sign In to 'Outlook on the web' (OWA)
Select the Calendar you want to share
For Select permissions select Full Details and click the Save button
Copy the 'ICS' link (this is the link you need to paste into app you want to share the calendar with)

To share your calendar using Outlook/Exchange 2013 follow these simple steps:(only possible if your organization uses Office 365 or Microsoft Exchange.)

Open Outlook and navigate to the Calendars section
Right-click on the calendar you want to publish then Share > Publish This Calendar...
Enter your email address and password and click Sign In to access 'Outlook on the web' (OWA)
On the Calendar Publishing page choose Full Details for the Publishing Details
Select 1 day before today and 2 months after today for the Publish my calendar options
Select Restricted for the Access Level
Click Start Publishing
Copy the 'Link for subscribing to this calendar' (this is the link you need to paste into app you want to share the calendar with)
Click Save

To share your calendar with Outlook/Exchange 2010 you just need to follow these steps:

In Outlook go to the Calendars section
Right-click on the calendar you want to publish then Share > Publish This Calendar...
In the 'Outlook on the web' (OWA) log in page enter your email address and password and click Sign In
On the Calendar Publishing page choose Full Details for the Publishing Details
Select 1 day before today and 2 months after today for the Publish my calendar options
Select Restricted for the Access Level
Click Start Publishing
Copy the 'Link for subscribing to this calendar' (this is the link you need to paste into app you want to share the calendar with)
