How to view my invoices?

We send invoices to our users every month by e-mail. 📧
You can also view them on your Atolia platform: go to your profile on the top left of your interface, click on " Administration " and then on " Invoice history ".

If you cannot find your invoice in the administration panel, it is because the IBAN debit is in progress and the invoice will only be generated at the end.

If all your invoices are not present, please contact our online support for more details.

How are users added after subscribing to an offer billed?

For annual subscriptions: if users are added during the year, the invoice will be adjusted on the anniversary date of your subscription.

For monthly subscriptions: if users are added during the month, the invoice will be adjusted the following month.

How does monthly and annual billing work?

For monthly and annual payments, you must enter either IBAN details or a bank card.

For the annual plans: you are debited at the beginning of the 1 year period according to the number of annual users you have chosen. If users are added during the year, the bill will be adjusted on the anniversary date of your subscription.

For monthly plans: you pay at the beginning of each month according to the number of monthly users you have chosen. If users are added during the month, the bill will be adjusted the following month.
