How do I import my calendar from Google Calendar, iCal and Outlook?

In this short video, find out how to import your diaries into Atolia. 👇

How to import your Teams or Outlook agenda into Atolia (the procedure is the same)?

To do this, we advise you to go to the web application, not your desktop application. Here's how it works:

Once on Teams, click on the top left-hand corner to go directly to Outlook. Once on Outlook, go to your menu on the left and click on your calendar.
From the calendar view, click on "Settings" at the top right of your tab and click at the very bottom of the drop-down menu "Show all Outlook settings".
Then click on "Shared Calendars", then in the "Publish a calendar" section, select your calendar and choose the "Can view all details" permission, then click on "Publish".

The link to the ICS file will then be sent to you, so copy it. Go to your Agendas module on Atolia. Click on the " + " icon next to "External agenda". Enter the name of your diary, e.g. "Personal Diary". Paste the ICS file link in the second box. Finally, choose with which group you want to share this agenda. You may also choose to share it only with yourself. In this case, select your personal agenda.

How do I import my iCalendar calendar into Atolia?

You'll find a list of your calendars on the left. Select the calendar of interest, then right-click on the calendar you wish to import to Atolia. Look for the calendar sharing options (this depends on your application version) then check the "Public calendar" option.

A webcal link should appear, copy it. Go to your Agenda module on Atolia and click on the " + " icon next to "External agenda". Enter the name of your agenda, for example "Personal Agenda". Paste the webcal link in the second box. Finally, choose with which group you want to share this agenda. You may also choose to share it only with yourself. In this case, select your personal agenda on Atolia.
