Your security is our priority

What measures do you take to protect our data?

At Atolia, privacy and security of your data are our priorities. 🔐 Your data is hosted in France, on Outscale (subsidiary of Dassault Systèmes) servers, certified ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018 and SecNumCloud. Your data remains confidential and in full compliance with the RGPD.

All our customers' data is encrypted, both in transit and when stored on our infrastructure thanks to TLS protocol (Encryption At Rest). The servers of our hosting company Outscale located in France are also encrypted for maximum protection in case of physical attack. In order to ensure full protection of your data, only certain duly accredited collaborators of our team can securely access these environments and databases. 🔐

We implement more than 50 security measures: data hosting, specific developments, audits, business continuity plan or even physical security of our premises.

Is my data analyzed or resold?

Atolia's business model is based on paid subscriptions and not on data resale. At no time is it shared with commercial partners of any kind. Your name, first name and email address are only visible to the users registered in your team.

Only statistics are sent to our teams for internal commercial purposes (level of storage used, retention on the application, etc.) in order to verify that the subscriptions taken out are in line with your uses.

What happens to my data if I don't renew my offer or if I default on my payment?

Your data is automatically kept for 1 year. In addition, you will receive several email warnings to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
