What is the difference between documents sent directly to the messaging system and those deposited in the Documents tab?
Documents sent via instant messaging have a more ephemeral purpose. They are grouped together in the " Shared files " folder in the side menu of your newsgroups. 💬
Conversely, if you place a document in the Documents tab on the right of your interface, you can find them at any time. 🔎
You can also organize the storage of your documents as you wish, placing them in particular folders. You'll find all your folders and files that are shared in your workgroups in the Documents module.
