Management of working groups

In this article, you'll find all the information you need to manage your Atolia channels. 👇





1) Change channel parameters such as name, description, emoji... ⚠️ Feature available only to space administrators and channel moderator (creator).

2) Add integrations (Google Drive, Dropbox, Gitlab, Github). ⚠️ Feature available only to space administrators and channel moderator (creator).

3) Manage notifications within the channel:

When you choose the " Mute " option, no notifications will be sent to you.

The different options for desktop notifications:
- If you choose the " All messages " option, a push notification will be sent to your web browser, desktop and mobile application for all messages sent on the channel. If you are not connected to Atolia, you will also receive an e-mail notification.
- If you choose the " Mentions only " option, you will only receive notifications of messages to which you have been mentioned.
- Finally, you can choose the " No notification " option for the channel concerned.

4) Leave the channel.

5) Delete the channel. ⚠️ Feature available only to space administrators and the channel moderator (creator).

6) Launch a video call with channel members.

7) Track channel activity (e.g. when a member has created an event, modified a task or added a note).

8) Manage channel members, for example by granting or withdrawing moderator rights. Note that channel moderators can edit and delete messages, documents and folders of all users (including other administrators). ⚠️ Feature available only to space administrators and the channel moderator (creator).

9) Add members to the channel.
