Management of working groups
In this article, you'll find all the information you need to manage your Atolia workgroups. 👇

1) Rename the group and personalize it with an emoji. ⚠️ Feature available only to workspace administrators and the group moderator (creator).
2) Add a description to the group. ⚠️ Feature available only to workspace administrators and the group moderator (creator).
2) Add integrations (Google Drive, Dropbox, Gitlab, Github). ⚠️ Feature available only to workspace administrators and the group moderator (creator).
3) Block the sending of new messages by group users. This can be useful for "top-down" communication that does not involve messaging interaction. ⚠️ Feature available only to workspace administrators and the group moderator (creator).
4) Manage notifications within the group. There are several settings:
When you choose the " Mute " option, no notifications will be sent to you.
The different options for desktop notifications:
- If you choose the " All messages " option, a " push " notification will be sent to your web browser, desktop and mobile application for all messages sent to the group. If you are not connected to Atolia, you will also receive an e-mail notification.
- If you choose the " Mentions only " option, you will only receive notifications of messages to which you have been mentioned.
- Finally, you can choose the " No notification " option for the group concerned.
You can enable or disable activity messages from modules (Notes, Projects, Calendars, Documents) that are displayed in workgroups. 💬 This setting applies to all group members. ⚠️ Feature available only to workspace administrators and the group moderator (creator).
6) Leave the group.
7) Delete the group. ⚠️ Feature available only to workspace administrators and the group moderator (creator).
8) Start a video call with group members.
9) View group activities (e.g. when a member has created an event, modified a task or added a note).
10) Manage group members, for example by giving or removing moderator rights. Note that group moderators can edit and delete messages, documents and folders for all users (including other administrators). ⚠️ Feature available only to workspace administrators and the group moderator (creator).
