How do I add a guest?
A guest is a free member of Atolia and can only belong to a specific workgroup. He has restricted access to the workspace: he can exchange messages but has read-only access to the various modules in the workspace. For more information on the guest role, please click on this link. 👈
To add a guest to a workgroup, go to your administration panel, to the drop-down menu at the top left of your screen, then to "Settings" and then to "Invitation links". You'll then be able to create links for guests to join a particular group.
