What is the difference between a Note and the online document editor?

Notes are not editable by standard users, they are available in read-only mode (ideal for documentation, processes, FAQs etc.), except if you add editors to your Note.

Conversely, the « Collaborative Editing » feature allows teams to share, edit in real time and save documents in Text (.txt), Spreadsheet (.xlsx), and
Presentation (.pptx).
